To ensure all mail is accounted and to avoid storage fees, we recommend scheduling a pick up before picking up your mail items. 

• When pickup up your mail at your mail center, you will be asked for ID and will be asked to sign for your mail items. 

Note: If you have mail in your inbox that you have already picked up, please contact your mail center so that your pick up request can be processed.
