A tracking number is provided for your shipment, depending on which carrier and service you select. 


To locate a tracking number: 

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on your Username dropdown arrow, located on the top right of your account.
  • Click "Transactions" to view your invoices. 
  • Locate the invoice,
  • Click "View Detail", the tracking number will be located at the bottom of the details page. 


Note: Tracking numbers are generated for any mail item shipped via USPS Priority or above. If you have selected a lower service such as USPS First Class or below, you will not receive a tracking number.
