If you have an additional recipient added to your account and would like the additional recipient to receive notifications, an additional email address can be added to your account. 


Note: This will only allow you to add an additional email for notifications only. If you are looking to change or edit your email address, please contact customer support.


To add an additional email for notifications:


1. Login to your account using a desktop or mobile browser.

2. Click on Mailbox Settings, located on the left toolbar.

3. Locate "Notifications" section on the right.

4. Enter a new email address.
