Shipping your mail is simple via the iPostal1 App. To begin, login to the iPostal1 App using your username and password.
- Shipping one single mail item: you can select the mail item, and click on "Ship".
- Shipping more than one item: you will need to consolidate the mail first, in order for shipping options to show.
- Shipping multiple mail items together in one step: you can login to your account using a desktop browser and choose: "Consolidate and Ship".
How to create a shipping request in the iPostal1 App:
Step 1. Select the mail item that you wish to ship by tapping on the green icon to left of your mail item number. A menu will appear immediately on the right side of your screen. Then tap "Ship".
or you can also click on the image of the mail item to view the menu icon, at the top right.
Step 2. Select the address where you wish to ship the mail item(s) and and tap "Next".
Step 4. Enter any special Instructions and tap "Next".
Step 5. Choose your preferred shipping method and tap "Next".
Step 6. Verify that your information is accurate and tab "Send Request" to complete your order.
- Your mail center will automatically receive your request and will ship your mail soon.
- The status in your Inbox will be updated to "Ship Requested".
- After your request has been processed, the item will be removed from your inbox. You can confirm that the request was completed by checking your mail history.
