1. Please ensure your app is updated to the latest version. 

2. If no updates are available, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as this often resolves common technical issues.

3.  If the issue persists, please login to the iPostal1 website, using your mobile browser or desktop to see any updates.


Note: At times there may be a delay in viewing recently inserted mail items, we suggest signing in to the desktop version of your account as it will have the most up to date information.
