You can choose to consolidate several mail items at once. After your consolidate request has been processed, your mail items will be combined into one package and you will then be able to view a shipping quote.
To consolidate your mail items in the iPostal1 App:
Step 1. Log into your account in the iPostal1 App, using your username and password.
Step 2. Select the Items of mail that you wish to consolidate by tapping on the green icon to the left of the shipping number. Then tab on "Consolidate" in the Inbox Menu.
Step 3. Confirm your order by tapping "Send Request".
Step 4. The status for the mail items will change to "Consolidate Requested".
- After your mail center has processed your order, the status will be updated to "Consolidated".
- Both mail items will now appear together in one new package. The mail item number will begin with the letter C.
