If you would like to make a change or cancel your shipping, scan, discard, shred or pickup request, you can do so only if the request has not already been processed by your mail center. When logged in to your account, you will see the request highlighted in a blue box and the status of your request will be located towards the right.  


Note: 


  • If you would like to make a change to a request, please cancel the request first and submit a new request.
  • If your request is processing or no longer showing, please contact your mail center directly.



To change or cancel a mail request: 


Step1. Please click the "Open Requests" Button to view all your requests.


Step 2. Click "Cancel Request" on each item you wish to cancel.


Step 3. Click "Yes" or "No" to continue.

4. Click "OK" to close the window.

Note: If you do not see a status, please contact your mail center directly, as they may have already began processing.
