You can choose to deposit a check to conveniently from your iPostal1 Mailbox directly to your bank account. Checks are shipped to your bank via USPS and will include a tracking number. Each check that you would like deposited will need to be scanned, before you can proceed to request a check deposit task.
Note: The cost for each check deposit request is $4.95, plus the cost of trackable USPS Shipping (on average $11-15)
- You may deposit up to 5 checks per check deposit request.
- This service is limited to Mail Centers in the United States.
- If the check has not been scanned, the option to scan will not be available to choose.
Step 1.
Before you can request a check deposit, please request a scan of the check.
After the check is scanned, click on the check that you would like to deposit.
Click on "Check Deposit" button from the top toolbar.
Step 2. Select your bank account information. You can add your bank account information in your "Account Settings", located at the top toolbar by clicking the drop down next to your username.
Step 3. Choose your preferred shipping method. All Checks will be mailed via a USPS trackable service. You can expect to be charged a shipping fee plus a charge for check processing.
Step 4. Enter the required check details below including:
Bank name on check
Account number on check
Amount of check
Check date
Step 5. Click on the "Deposit Button" to complete your order.
