The "On Hold" feature allows approved accounts to place their mailbox on hold for a duration of three, six, or twelve months for a one-time fee. 

  • This feature applies to customers who have been active for three or more months and have yet to come off a hold within the last three months. 
  • You will retain the mailbox number and address throughout the hold period without needing to notarize a new Form 1583 to reopen the account.


Note: Please be sure to empty your Inbox by discarding, shipping, or scheduling a Pick Up for your mail items, and pay any outstanding balance; otherwise, the hold feature will not be available. 


To place an account On Hold: 

Step 1. Log in to your account and click  "Mailbox Settings" in the left hand toolbar.

Step 2. Click "Cancel Mailbox"

Step 3. Choose from the three options of 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months by clicking the "Select" button. 

Step 4. Choose your payment method and click "Confirm".
