Photos of the outside of your mail items are included with your plan. If you would like to view the inside contents of your mail item, you must request a scan for each item. An additional fee is charged per scan request.


Discarding of mail item is usually free of charge, if you would like to shred the mail item instead, a fee is charged for each shredding request.

 
  • The fee for a single scan or shred request is $2.25 per letter, up to 10 pages, and an additional $0.25 per additional page. 
 

To save money on the cost of scanning the inside contents of your mail or shredding your mail, you can purchase a bundle. Scan and shred bundles can be purchased directly through your account and are more economical. With these prepaid bundles, you can use them as needed.
