You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan directly in your account. When upgrading, you will be prompted to pay the difference of the plan selected, if applicable. If you are downgrading a plan and believe you qualify for a refund, please contact support. All refunds must be requested and approved before they can be processed.
Step 1. Login to your iPostal1 account. Click the "Mailbox Settings" located in the left toolbar.
Step 2. Click the "Change Plan" button located under general settings.
Step 3. Scroll down to see all your options and click on the plan that's right for you.
Step 4. Review your plan and click "Place Order". Your primary credit card on file will be charged the updated rate for your new subscription.
